Cooperative Care

Join me and one of my dogs for a K9 Group Class focused on cooperative care. Cooperative care is a positive reinforcement and force free training approach that helps dogs willingly participate in their own grooming, medical treatments, and handling procedures. Instead of restraining or forcing a dog through potentially stressful experiences like nail trims, ear cleanings, or vet exams, cooperative care builds trust and teaches dogs to actively consent to these procedures. The goal is to reduce stress and fear and increase confidence and positive experiences in care.
